The only headaches I've heard of are occasional cold start knocking and spark plug blowout. Both of which, if I'm not mistaken, seem to have been mainly limited to the '99 and early '00 model years. I hardly ever hear of any major problems related to later model years.
There are some complaints concerning strange behavior that seems to be related to the automantic transmission with the V10. Just things like delayed shifting, fluctuating rpms and sometimes upshifting too soon. Nothing catastophic and most of the guys who have a problem get it fixed by having the computer reprogrammed at the dealership.
