Transmission Question

Are the automatic transmissions different in a F-250 with a V-8 and a F-150 V-8?

Yes. The F150 will have the 4R70 while the F250 will have the 4R100.

What are the major differences in the two? I assume the 250 is a more heavy duty issue?

I was talking about the one that comes with the gas engine. I feel a big difference when I pull my boat with the 250 vs. the 150. I like it a lot
