Any 03 Expys owners felt this,, Ours has just 3000 miles on it, and there is a definate speed vibration, Almost like a deep hum also, and get this it comes and goes when it wants, I think it is in the front drive shaft or hubs, because when you put your transfer case **** in A4wd, IT GOES AWAY!! so much for free wheeling front diff. So if you drive around in Auto 4wd. like our old 2000 eddie bauer it is fine, I thought the chassis was the best thing about these things but now i don't know, other than BAD paint, and the doors sound like crap when they are shut, and EXCESSIVE brake dust, they go down the road much better than the older ones,,, Greg,,,
