My dad has a 03' Eddie Bauer Expedition with 2900 miles on it . He got the oil changed today, and there was water in the oil, the oil was a milky looking color and there was no trace of transmission fluid on the dipstick. Has anybody heard of this problem. The truck is getting towed back to the Ford Dealership as we speak.

sounds like somebody forgot to tighten something at the factory.

With the age and mileage, this is got to be a factory defect.
