painted brake calipers

Hey everyone, I took the time to paint my front brake calipers to simulate "big brakes" Being that my rim style prohibits changing my calipers I decided to do the next best thing and paint them.

Take a look let me know what you think!

I'll be replacing the rotors as soon as this play out, looking into getting slotted ones... very nice...

Very Nice 98 Exp

I did the same thing to my Expy this past summer.
I went with the crossed drilles rotors.

Check out the pics.

Here is the link. Tell me what you think ?

Love it! The only thing about the CD rotors is the question of structural integrity. When you add holes to something you weaken the overall structural integrity of the item, and the life span is shortened dramatically. How did u get the Ford Motorsports emblem/decal on the caliper??

Thanks

You have good eyes. I hope you are wrong about the structure
I quess time will time. I will tell you this it did improve my braking.

As far a the Ford decal sticker. My friend owns a aftermarket shop
and he has this high tech computer software that can make any
decal with the company logo.

It gives it that extra touch.
