My buddies horn on his '97 Expedition quit working. I checked the fuses(good) relay clicks(even tried another one/good), even the relay at/ in the horn itself I could feel and hear click, but no honk. This is obviosly while pushing in the horn area on steering wheel. I crawled up under the passenger front and disconnected the wires to both horns, cleaned and reconnected, still clicked, but no honk. Should both horns click, only the on toward the inside of the truck clicked( bigger horn). What gives???
