Time to change

Since I got my '01 Screw, I think it is time to change out the Expy. The wife has been driving the Expy and is ready to change; looking at the Lincoln LS. Anyone have a LS or care to share opinions?

I'll post this in the Classified section but if any of you guys know someone in the market for a Expy, point them my way. It is a '98 Black/Tan EB Expy 4X4, 5.4, 4R100, 3.73 gears, tow pkg, LLS, CD changer, rear air, 3rd seat etc. Basically every option except moonroof. Only 55,000 miles in excellent condition.

We have an Expy, screw and went with an Infiniti G35. What a fun car to drive.

We too went with the G35 - a fantastic vehicle and very fast!! Sport package is highly recommended!

About the LS

I have learned it is far better to take my Exy. to the Linc. dealership for repairs. One big reason being the "Loaner" cars. Everytime I go in, I either get a Town Car (blah) or an LS. I REALLY like the LS. It is a pretty sweet car. If you are looking to beat others off the line, look elsewhere. Do not get me wrong, it has some power, but it is a big car that has a bit of heft to it.

Still and damn sweet car. Keep in mind however, that I have usually had the car for only about 2 days. I am not sure how it is as a long term car.

Hope it helps,

Boxter

WOW!!!!!!!!! what dealership are you going to?!?!? they give loaner cars?!? *****, at the Tulsa Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealerships they would laugh in your face if you asked for a loaner, even at the Lincoln service department (where i take my truck). I get a Hertz rental only because I bought the Ford ESP extended warranty. Then they only give you a mazda 626 or Ford Focus. You can get a Taurus or even Town Car, but you have to pay the difference in the daily rate over what the extended warranty offers. Is there something/secret I dont know that would get me a 'real' car for a loaner while mine is in the shop?
