Need Windshield Washer Failure Diagnosis

I have a '98 Expy with a strange electrical problem. The windshield washer does not work.
However, the rear window washer does work.
I believe they both run off the same pump.
When activating the rear washer, the pump comes to life.
Nothing happens when hitting the button for the front washer.

Anyone have any ideas on what is going on? Thanks guys!

Try disconnecting the hose a blowing air through it. Most likely plugged.

Had the same problem a couple of years ago and it turned out to be the whole wiper stalk (turn signal arm) had to be replaced. It was under warranty at the time. Apparently this is a common problem.

But ya never know?

I'm having the same problem now. It's the stalk/switch that's gone bad.
