Cruise Control Light???
Cruise Control Light???
Do the 99 E/B Expeditions have a light when the cruise control is on? I have a green light that goes on in my F150 when I use the cruise control. My warranty runs out & I do not know if there should be a light or not, Thanks.
I have heard this rumor before that 2000 F150's have a light to indicate Cruise Control.
My 1999 F150 came with every available bell and whistle and has no light.
Perhaps, this is why your 1999 Expedition has no light?

I also notice I didn't have a light last month when I went on a trip.
I could of sworn I had one before. Or that must be my other car.
Manual does not mention light but states that you must be going 30 mph to function.

Unfortunately the 99 does not have a light. I have a 99 XTL and the wife has an 02 King Ranch SuperCrew. Her's has the light, mine doesn't
btw, you can see the location of the light when it's off I believe, if you look at the lower part of the instrument area. That's where it is on the 02 anyway.

Couldda sworn my 1999 had a light-
I had a 1999 Flareside S-Cab XLT that I would have sworn had a cruise control light. I've never driven anything that didn't have a cruise control indicator, dating back to 1991.
I know for a fact my 2000 Expy & 2001 S-Crew both have the word "Cruise" illuminated in green.
