I bought a new remote for my truck and it did not come with instructions on how to program. I bought it off of ebay for $11 , what a deal, I think.

 

Here is a link for the instructions on how to reprograma remote. You can find it in the left hand column below the message board button. It's labeled technical articles and then scroll to the bottom and you will see "FordF150.net how to articles" in a box. Click on that and it will show the various articles. Reprogramming a remote is towards the bottom. Here is the link to the article:
