My 5.4L Expy has approx. 37,000 miles on it and no problems at all (except for a compass problem) Anywho, I talked to the local Ford dealer and they'll give me a 4yr/48,000mi extension for the following amounts.

Ford ExtraCare: $1,695 (Bumper to Bumper)
Ford BaseCare: $1,395 (Almost B to B)
Ford PowerTrainCare: $1,195 (Engine/Tranny)

I've read on the boards and know that some 5.4's have problems, and there is a coil pack problem etc.... I haven't had trouble yet, but......

What do you guys think? All opinions greatly appreciated.
