Towing Package

I have the class IV towing package on my 2001 EB. Does that mean it would include the load level suspension? I am not sure if my 2001 has the Load Level Suspension. How can you tell if you have it. I don't have anything to tow that I would be able to tell.

Thanks.

in the Tohoe, the shoxs are larger and red. They are apparently different from the front. my guesse would be that some wire or connection is going into the shox. I will try to get a picture

There are two load leveling pkgs.
The rear load leveling pkg comes with the tow pkg.
The 4 corner load leveling pkg is an option on 4x4s only and costs about $700.

If you have a 4x2 you can stop looking.
If you have a 4x4 keep looking.

Thanks PhillipSVT for your help. I do have a 4x4. If you can get p ictures that would be cool. The four corner suspension sounds good. I was told that my 2001 was loaded. At the time I wasn't really technical on the details of what was all the options but the standard equipment that came with the EB.

No,

It's no big deal. Don't go out of your way just to get a pic for me.

It is more than likely you have the LLS. Does the truck make "clicking sounds especially when you turn it off"? Also get a flashlight and look under the glovebox on the right side and if there is a rocker switch then you definitely have it. By the way if there is a switch make sure it is turned on. Good luck.

Look at your front shocks. If they have an air line connected to them you have LLS. Air type shocks on the front and regular shocks and air bags on the rear. Like MHM said, listen for the clicks when you turn the truck off and get out after you close the doors.

I checked under the glove compartment and found the switch. It's labeled air suspension. Thanks for all your guys help. I am happy to know that I have LLS.

Now I'm curious if I have the Four corner load suspension. There's probably no way of knowing that one. Oh well.
