shocks for 4wd with LLS

Hello,

I just put on a set of 22x9.5 rims with 305/45 tires on my Expedition and the ride quality is a little stiff. I just wanted to know if there were any aftermarket shocks that are made for my 4wd with the 4 corner load leveling suspension to make the ride quality a little softer. Any help or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Robert

i think you can replace the rear shocks with any brand you want but i think the only others for the front shocks are the ford ones. the front ones have a air line that runs into them and the rears don't. I have been wondering the same question about my 2000 4wd LLS expy and i think this is the only option.

If someone else knows please help us!

ScottyBones,

Thanks for the info. Also, do you have any pics of your sound system? If so, can you please post some? Thanks.

I do have some pictures of my sound system but my websites are all down so i cannot access them. When i can get to them i will post them. Let me know if you do anything with your shocks. his winter i am going to do front and rear Hotchkis swaybars and i think i will get some Bilstien Shock for the rear of my expy.

I think Bilstien sells shocks for the LLS Expys. Not 100% sure though.
