2003 Expedition Release
I've seen spy photos and read an atticle about the redesigned Expedition. One mentioned the redesigned Exp. will be released in the spring of 2002 as a 2003 model. Can anyone add anything or provide a firmer release date??

the 2003 expy is ugly as hell,,, i looked at one before i got my 97 with a 5.4 and 4x4,,, they look like a damn avalanche, they have really screwed them up bad,, will not buy a new one until they fix them and make them look like a ford again,, they should make them look like a screwcab f150,,, with the extra stuff behind it,, man they really pissed me off with the new expy,, everytime i see one i cringe,, as a ford guy,, i even started looking at new tahoe's as something that might fill the bill,,, the new expy makes me sick, all the crap on the sides,, the weeny rear suspension,, what the hell were they thinking???????/

I didnt get the 3rd row power though

its called reading every post since the beginning from this forum,, to learn about this stuff,, and yes the 2003 avalanche/expedition just dont do it for me,, they made it to much like a mom car,, cant even tell them and the explorers apart on the road they look so much a like,, the only way you can tell is when you get close and just notice the size,, hey! why doesn't ford just go ahead and use the angular crap idea that cadillac has gone to?
