I have a 97 Expedition, the1ST model Expedition with the big steel bumper, i want to change the front bumper to the 2000/ 2001 style bumpers, it looks like the 97 is smaller then the 2000/2001 bumpers .

Question is has anyone done this , and will it just bolt on the to the 2001styl bumper.

 

You will need the grill surround and the entire bumper assembly to change it over.

 

bumper brackets (frame mounts)
bumper (3 pieces)
Grill and shell
and if you're early 1997 you're gonna need a new header panel (between core support and grill)
