rear suspension

Does the 2000 ford expedition have a rear air compressor for the ride heeight?

Air suspension was optional.

The other way to tell is when before you start the vehicle, turn to key to "RUN" and watch the dash. If you have ride height, the light will light CK SUSP.

In other words: Illuminates momentarily when the ignition is turned to the ON position and the engine is OFF. The light also illuminates when the air suspension system requires servicing.

If it isn't working, chances are the light will be lit, unless someone modified it.
