2001 expedition won't charge

Picked up an 01 expy Eddie Bauer and it will not charge the battery. The alternator tested bad so replaced it and it still doesn't charge. Replaced battery with a perfectly working one, replaced the selenoid to alternator wires and still no charge. Checked the #11 fuse and it gets whatever the battery is at but no charging. Did an ohm check on battery cable to alternator and got 1.0 to .9 ohms so that should mean my fusible link is good right?
I'm at a loss because I'm getting no charge from the alternator at all it just reads whatever the battery is at on the main wire at alternator.
Expy just runs for awhile and when you turn on lights and heater it just slowly drops. No battery light until it gets really low then radio goes out then heat etc. Til it's dead.
Appreciate any help I can get. Thanks

Alternator passed all 3 tests when my girlfriend picked it up(company policy to test them before they leave).
I saw a little chatter of wires being busted by the a/c ball? Any experience with that?

I saw a little chatter of wires being busted by the a/c ball?
What does that actually mean?

Does the BATTERY light in the cluster come on when the key is turned from OFF to RUN?

Is the BATTERY light on or off when the engine is running?

Checked the #11 fuse and it gets whatever the battery is at but no charging.
Did you check voltage on BOTH sides of the fuse while it was in-circuit and the engine was running?

Read somewhere on Google late last night where they said there's wires that run over/next to the air conditioning ball that if rubbed thru or broke will cause a no charge.
I can check battery light but when battery drops to nothing on gauge battery light comes on so it's working I think.
No battery light til gauge is about bottomed out and nothing works.
Yes was same as other side of fuse and almost same as battery.

Can someone tell me if anything on the starter plays a role in charging system? Other then ground of course and start circuit(which works perfect)

Battery light does not come on when or before starting it. Only comes on when battery dies out completely

Well... I may have it.
I swapped(negating wire problem) alternator wires with a 99 f150 and the round plug pin isn't in the correct spot compared to the 00 expy(ya title is 00 not 01 like was told lol).
Only question I have is 13.75 enough charge volts when brights and all heaters are on?

Thanks for the help sorry for self inflicting issue..

Recommend you fully charge the battery with an external charger before trying to self-inflict that job to a newly installed alternator.

13.75 is sufficient under a heavy load.

Good to hear thanks.
She ran flawless on the 125 mile round trip running lights and heaters and wipers along with phones and tablets plugged in. Only 12ish degrees so it got a work out.

Thanks appreciate the help
