With broken blend door actuators being so common, and no hint of replacement gears available, I had an idea to 3D-print a replacement gear. The trouble is, I've already replaced all my bad actuators, and I don't have any to experiment with.

If anybody has some bad actuators they'd be otherwise throwing away, I'd be interested in taking them off your hands to experiment with this idea.

Since they're basically trash, I'm not interested in buying any bad actuators, but if you'd be willing to donate them, I'd be willing to pay for postage.
