Front suspension squeaking like a cheap motel bed.

Front passenger side suspension is squeaking loudly. Happens both while turning the steering wheel or bouncing up/down on the running boards.
I raised the car, grabbed the tire at 9 and 3 oclock, and jiggled. Suprising amount of "play", but no squeaking. The "play" is at the Pitman Arm ball joint. Oddly, the steering feels fine, still "tight" and responsive.
So I suspect the squeaking if from the upper or lower control arm ball joints.
1) How do I determine if it is the control arm ball joints?
2) If it is, should I replace all 4? (all are original with 225k mi)
3) Lastly, which brand?
- Moog RK ($) or CK ($$)
- AC/Delco Advantage ($) or Professional ($$)
- Other brand?

Thanks in advance!

1999 Expedition 5.4l 4WD Eddie Bauer 225k mi
200k mi - Replaced spark plugs
220k mi - Replaced original heater core, and both hood and liftgate gas lift struts
225k mi - Replaced LLS suspension with the Monroe 90010 Kit after rear Air Spring started leaking.
