Has anybody used one on their X? I see them for sale all around for about $100. I heard they cannot be used with K&N FIPK's.
Any thoughts out there? Good HP and Torque gains for modest price.

 

I saw one for sale on the classifieds, so I asked for the truth about it's performance, and the owner delivered! He said that it really did not improve performance as the claims said. He was not very happy with it. But he thought for the modest price it would be worth a try.
Personally, I decided against it based on that testimony.

 

There are a lot of posts about these TB spacers. The consensous is that they make a go paper weight once you remove it because you can't stand the whistling.

The only application that I've seen posts on that it seems to actually do something is the 4.2 6cyl.

Do a search in Engines and/of AfterMarket for them.
