I have a 2000 expedition xlt with the premium sound. I put in a new sony stereo with one problem no music comes out of the speakers I had read that some vehicles have hidden stock amps. Where are they located and I also read about a by pass how does that work. Please help!

 

Iirc the amps were under the center consoles, or something like that.

However I would think that if you hooked up all the wires and left none hanging from the vehicle harness, you should have music.
