if Its not hitting the bumpstop and making it bounce/ride rough I wouldnt fool with it, I think I ordered them off Ebay from Jegs

It was hitting quite frequently. But it turns out Ford made a variety of different rear bump stops. At the U-pull-it, I found some from a coil-spring Expy that were 3/4" shorter than the ones on mine, for $8. Now I have 2-1/4" of rear travel before they bottom out. I only did it last weekend, and haven't driven it loaded or for long distances. But so far, the ride is much better.

You can cut your stops. Thats what i did to mine.
