Hi everyone, hope you can give me some insight to this problem.
I have a 2003 Expedition, EB,4x4, 5.4 v-8, 94K miles.
A few days ago the radio/nav. screen went blank. It still lights up but I can not see anything on it. The radio continues to work as usual however I cannot see what the station is, what time it is and the soft keys no longer show any displays.

I assume it is still getting power b/c the screen is bright but nothing shows up on the screen. Would someone know if there is a reset button somewhere or any way to reset it. I need someplace to start and I don't know where that would be.

Any help, advice or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to try and reset the system by disconnecting the battery and turning on the headlights for 20 minutes.....then turn off headlights and reconnect battery.....if this reboot doesnt work you might want to go to the dealer .....

Some other things to check are the fuses and connections....
