look up H&R Wheel adapters. they run about $100-150 per pair.

I had a set of 25mm, 5x114.5 wheel adapters on my Mustang that I used as spacers to push the rear wheels out 1" farther than stock. they're pretty strong.

H&R makes the spacers with longer studs, and the adapter plates for damn near everything. and since they are hubcentric, you can avoid alot of the problems with the tires not balancing out

Navi wheels look good. I found a set of 18's for 100 for the set, and sold my old ones for the some price. Get comments all the time. Half the people who see my truck call it a Navigator.

I had a 09'KR expy and put the f150 KR wheels and tires on mine. I would expect that most any wheel from the like year model F150 would fit well.
