Found out from the Ford techs that the really cool power fold running boards on my Limited cut/wore into the A/C lines under the passenger door. It first looked like I was leaking coolant as the oil was light green. Turned out to be the green dye they use in the PAC oil. Anyways got it fixed under warranty. Any other Expy owners with the power running board option you might want to check they are not rubbing.
