03 Navigator

It seems the 2003 Nav my wife drives is much peppier than my 2007f150 truck. Mine is a 4x4 and hers is not however I think the weight is about the same. If you tap the gas pedal on her nav that thing is very responsive. It really jerks your body a bit. As for my truck you have to really press that pedal down in order for it to move.
She has a 5.4 just like I do so I am wondering how I can get the same feeling out of my truck?

That, and I don't think the Navi had an electronic throttle. Also, don't they usually give the "luxury" brands a bit more aggressive tuning, to give the impression of more power?

If you got a tuner, you'd eliminate throttle lag as well. Go on over to the chip and programmer section and they'll point you in the right direction.

I do have a canned Gryphon (level2) but it does not compare to the take-off of the Nav...It just seems so weird how heavy my truck feels compare to her Nav.
