these are the only pictures i have right now, the grill fits like i said top to bottom but when it is actually installed the sides dont fit right, the top upper corners fit but the rest curves inward away from the grill shell edge so it doesnt line up right

is it possibly a grill from a different year that has a different shaped shell?

here are the couple pics i took http://s891.photobucket.com/albums/a...ls88/?newest=1

Expeditions use a different surround then F150s, you will need an F150 surround to run the Lightning grill. If you are local to DFW i'd be more then happy to trade you for an F150 surround since im actually looking for an expy surround myself.

Here's the opposite, a Expy grill in a F150 surround

yea you'd have to really study the Expy to notice the piece between the grill and the headlights is just slightly thinner

haha. yea it was a very simple install it just bolt to the bumper and being that its only bolted to the bumper you wouldnt think it would be that strong but it can hold my 220 with out moving and it held my dad too and hes about 300. another guy i know also has one and got it a wreck with it and it was fine.
