Post Navi tails on X

I was wondering, if the outside taillights from a Navigator would fit on the X??? Oh, and does the trim below the window (the one that discolors on the X) from a Navi fit also???

SVTX, they are easy to install, just a little tab at the opened door end, just lift and peek. If you get the Navi one you'll see it better.

Got them at the dealer, they are cheaper then what you'd expect. Less then $50.00 for ea tailight and the moldings were about the same, it's been quite sometime since I bought them. If your local parts dealer won't give you a good deal, try Roger from the F150 online store. Or one of those other Ford online stores.

    Silver X:
What is that on your console?
3 black circles on the top:
2 slider looking things and the black screen.
2 black things in the pocket.
    Thanks
    Greg

The 3 on top is for the Audiobahn ABD39 Bass Line Driver. Next is the 2 front airbag switches and a 4way Dakota Digital air gauge, then the other 2 are switces for the rears, and the center one between the 2 cup holders is the Audiobahn A18001D class D Gain control for the amp.

Another question about those Navigator moldings. Hope you don't mind. Is it just the chrome piesce that is added or is it the complete piece under the glass (black and chrome)? Thanks.

Have you thought about putting on those scoop/vent trim over the front edge of the rear glass from the Navigator? I believe it would be easy to do, the only thing is they have a little Lincoln emblem on them. I am sure a Ford emblem could easily be retrofitted over them.

Well I did it, I got those Navigator moldings from fordpartsonline ($104 w/shipping). They were very easy to install and they look GREAT and adds a little class!

Hey SilverX, now I may do the Nav tail lights. What did you do about the backup lights if anything? I guess I could always put some hidden under the bumber.

      Adrian,
The moldings are the exterior moldings under the door glass. Take a look at SilverX's link. You can see them on his truck. Or you can look at any Navigator on the road. The moldings have a wide chrome insert running the length of them. They add a little class and is one other thing that will set your (our) trucks apart from all the rest on the street.
