Post P-Zero 285/60/17. Anybody Using This Size

Looking for a replacement for the Firestone fiasco and was wondering if anybody has converted over to this size. Mostly concerned about overall actual diameter. The math suggests about a half inch. I'm more interested in reality. Look forward to any replys.

I've been running Toyo Proxes ST 285x60x17 for almost a year now on my 98' Navigator. They were the same highth as my stock tires I took off (246x75x16). The wider tire and the lower profile definitely makes it handle better. The Pirelli P-Zero was another tire I was considering at the time, but I was able to make a better deal for the Toyo's.
