Squeaky Truck!
I justed picked up a 01 Expy E.B. and I noticed that when I stood on the running board that the truck squeaked. When I bounced a little it squeaked even louder. Just out of curiousity I went to the nearest dealership and tried to get the same squeak out of some other Expys but couldn't get it. Should I be concerned about this?

I would have to say no, let it go a few months, it may never come back again. Ford's are great trucks and SUV's but the fit and finish is not the best. They rattle and squeak. Welcome to American Auto's

My 99 4x4 Expy just started squeakin at the right front upper control arm/balljoint area. I didn't notice any grease fittings. 32K Miles. Great Truck Anyway!

My 98 EB had a squeak with up/down movement. Turned out the rear sway bar link was rubbing where the link conntects to the swaybar. There is a rubber bushing in the link, and it looked a little malformed on the driver's side. I took it apart, added a washer and some grease on the malformed side of the link, and no more squeak.
