Noisy Navigator!
I managed to steal my mom's 99 Navigator for a few days while she's visiting friends in Florida. It was due for maintenance and a good clean up/ waxing. I'm surprised how noisy the drivetrain is with only 20k on the odometer. It pulls like hell to the right and the dealer hasn't been able to fix it. The rear end makes all kinds of noises and it sounds like the U-joints are shot already. Most of the miles are highway and the thing has never been used to tow anything! I'm really disappointed with the drivetrain noise. I will never buy an AWD drive vehicle, I wish the Navigator was only part time 4wd. Can't wait to bring the Blazer back home tonight!

Hey it sounds like you need to find another dealer. On a flat surface there should be no pull. Some roads have a real good crown to them and with the heavier vehicle than you are used to it will "pull" more. Have you checked the wear on the tires? After 20k there should be uneven wear if it is out of align. By the way what does AWD have to do with anything, unless your out there trying to do a brake stand. AWD does not engage unless there is a certain amount of rotational difference between the front and real drive shafts. In normal day to day driving it will not engage.
