Mud Flaps pt 2
Well after a month or so I really like my '99 mud flaps on my '00 EB!
In the rain they help keep the mud off the steps, in the snow/slush we've had for the past week they work great in keeping the steps clean and dry! I also suspect they really help keep the rear quarter panels cleaner (On my F-150 I must have hit some wet cement at one time and it never did come off)

Thanks for posting this. I've thought about flaps but didn't know what they'd look like.
Yours is equipped like mine it looks like. I just did the Airaid FIPK and Superchip and have a Gibson S/S Swept Side ordered.
I've only gone about 90 miles with the Airaid and Superchip but so far so good. It looks like MPG may even be slightly better. Although it's early to tell.
Are the flaps Ford equipment?

I wish someone could find out when the 2000 flaps will be available. Fords catalog says fall 2000. Their vendor is waiting for the go ahead. I think they will be tan to match the new color running boards.
I may resort to the 1999 myself. When I suggested that to my local Ford dealer he told me to hold out a bit longer. You know the old story....the minute the1999 go on out come the 2000s.

Rhino Step Bar (coming), Ford Bug Shield,Even the hitch propeller, More to come... My 99 Expy was destroyed in a Wisconsin Tornado (No B.S.) Allstate did good by me but I still took a hit on mileage.
