They look great. What brand/model are they. Are you satisfied with the sound?

They are Audiobahn ABC600 6.5's. I wanted to try and keep the tweeter close to the woofer for proper imaging. Personal preference is a big issue also but I don't like the tweeter over the woofer either. The tweeters also swivel. It worked out great for me.
