Question Brush Guards

HOWDY!
Just purchased a new Expy last week and I love it! My brother is a Lightning owner and recently introduced me to the board. I enjoy the information and pics that you guys provide.
I have one question. I have been checking out a few of the brush guards that I have seen on several expys around town. Most people have Maniks around here. I checked at the local aftermarket store and was quoted $425 including installation. Do any of you have any recommendations on other brands, where the best place to buy is, and what price that I should expect to pay?
Thanks for the help.

I'm in the market for one as well. But since I live in AK, shipping is a killer. They best place I found on the net so far is www.ustruckaccessorieswhse.com
They got several brands. I'm more interested in the stainless one, but spending $685.00 plus $70.00 shipping is very steep.

Hey nomo,

Does that Smittybuilt bolt to the frame only or do you have to drill holes in the bumper? Thanks.

It requires two holes (one on each side) in the top of the bumper. I wasn't too happy with that at first, but the added strength has proven to be worth it. The bars have been parking-lot tested and road-kill approved.
