Blue,
Here's my responses:
1) Gibson Cat-Back.
2) Yes, but very slight.
3) Not much louder than stock. Quiet in the cab.
4) Yes.

2 Yes Some (Mike Troyer in the Computer Chips Section has some average HP numbers for
Catback systems, can't remember what it is right now)
3. A little throatier than stock, not loud rumble or bark. Quiet in truck.
4. Yes, I would do it again.

1) MagnaFlow dual rears (3" diameter exit)
2)Same as BlackExpy, slight gain in power
3)Nice low purrr. However, if you nail the RPMs it roars.. Not loud inside cab.
4) Very worth it. I think it cost me $400.
I think you can see it somewhat in the pic. You can see the left tip, but too hard to see the right one:

I had Magnaflow 3" flow through, it made the most hp but too loud at a continuous speed.(vacation). Then the Magnaflow SUV muffler, too quiet for me. Then installed the Dynomax Superturbo, 3".Just right!
Notice the hp with the superchip and airaid.
After three mufflers this is the best sounding muffler for the family. If I was the lone driver, I would have kept the Magnaflow
flow through.
I spent too much money experimenting. But it was a learning experience. I'm happy!

1) Jardine cat back
2) Yes, in the upper rpm range.
3) Yes, a good bit louder. Getting a drone inside the cabine at 2000 rpm.
4) Due to the noise (and lack of help from Jardine), I'm ready to pull it for the OEM and a muffler replacement.
If you are a solo driver, the growl from this system is awesome. But, for me, I want to go fast, not necessarily sound fast. Thanx to hdlouie, I'll use his research and maybe invest in a Dynomax Superturbo, 3".

You won't be sorry about the Dynomax. But remember it's construction, alumized. Don't know how it handles salt.
Oh, and I am going to try the under the seat storage. But where did you get it, again?

Here's where I got the locking under-seat storage drawer:

Since I have the power driver's seat, I installed it under the front passenger side. Under that seat, the front seat adjustment bar can get in the way of opening\closing the drawer (you have to lift up on it). Also, I suggest placing a drawer liner (similiar to kitchen drawer liners) inside the drawer. Without one, things tend to side around and it wil eventually grate your nerves. :-) All in all, a very easy installation.
If you need any more info, let me know.
BTW, how much for the Dynomax and to install?

Yup, but gained it above 3000rpm.
My limited understanding is these trucks were designed for 2&1/2" system. I believe the loss stems from opening things up to 3" over the entire catback system.
If you put on a cat-back, you MAY want to try keeping it 2&1/2" system. Also, you could just go with a performance muffler upgrade.
I am not the most-knowledgable on the topic, and can only speak from my experiences, and from what I read on this board. The men and women here are extremely helpful...
