Question front end suspenion

I have a problem with my 97 Expedition. It's a EB 4x4 with the 17" tires, but the front end won't raise up?? I have a brush guard ( westin ) on it, I've had two dealerships in the Dallas area tell me that it's to much weight and Ford will not do anything to it???
( non-Ford parts )The brush guard is about two hundred pounds( or so I've been told )but I seen other EB's with brush guards and they stand 76 inches from the ground to the bumper?? Does any one have an idea for a fix that I cna use????????????

The front won't raise up? Damn! 76 inches to the bumper??? Those are some tall Expeditions!

Do you have 4-wheel LLS? If so, then there may be leaks in the front bags, compressor malfunction, line blockage/disconnected, etc. Even if it's not LLS, it could just be worn shocks or improperly adjusted torsion bars.

I'd challenge the 200# brush guard theories. An e-mail to Westin could probably net you the real weight.
