I ordered a 2000 4x4 Expedition from Lew Webb Ford in Garden Grove, CA. A guy in fleet by the name of James Aberchobie agreed to sell me the vehicle at a hundred dollars over invoice. He asked me to mail him a
$500.00 deposit to show good faith and I did. He said it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery. Ten weeks later he called and said the vehicle came in but they had made a mistake and sold it to someone else. Do I look stupid or what? And if so I'm not. Obviously someone came in and offered more money than I had agreed to pay for the truck that I ordered. What can I do?

When you said that they got x amount of $$$ from you for that certain truck did you sign any deal with a description or vin # ?
If so i would contact the California State Attorney Generals Office and report their conduct.
I have done the same here and it gets prompt attention!!
