Has anyone installed the cabin filter kit in a Expy? The kit mention in the other section, part numbered F65Z-18D477-AA or SKF75J-18D477-AA, is this a valid kit for the Expy with rear HVAC?
How easy/difficult is it to install?

The kit is the same as the one for the F150. Mine came in two parts. The filter mount and the filter. I had it installed though. You need to do some cutting and the instructions weren't very clear. It took them an hour and a half to do it but it was the 3rd or 4th they have done. They made sure the same mechanic does all of them because the first time it took 3 or 4 hours to get it figured out.

I think the total price of the two kits was about $90 or so. Then just multiply the local hourly wage by 1 1/2.

I installed mine on my 2000 F-150 (same for the Expy). The front kit is fairly easy to install..only a couple of tricky parts...mainly the limited room to work and cutting the plastic hole for the filter. I paid $65.00 for my kit. Yes..the instructions are not the best.
