Windshield Wiper

Hey Guys! I got a buddy with a 99 Expedition and the driver side windshield wiper does not work. The passenger side one works fine with no problems. I don't know much about it but does anyone have any idea how to fix it without taking it to the shop? Possibly the wiper motor?

remove wiper arms, remove plastic firing under the arms, re-attach control arm and or replace plastic arm pivot. Thats how the old models are, good luck

I usually put high strengh Loc-Tite on those nuts. They ALWAYS come loose, especially after harsh winters. . .
