97 expedition check engine light

97 expedition check engine light

Anyone know what this means? It`s the code/reading I get when the check engine light comes on.

PO446 EVAP emission control system vent circuit malf.

Click on the SEARCH button and enter the fault code. There are a number of existing discussions, some of which will likely provide all the info you need.

Thanks I will try later. some reason it keeps telling me I cannot access that page. Tells me I am not log in when I am.

When logging in, click the "remember me" box and that should clear it up. (did for me anyways)

As for the problem... Try to narrow your search to the engine forum as well.
