Lightning-ized Expy?

Anyone here got a pre-03 Expy done like a Lightning? Meaning front bumper, wheels, and maybe lowered?

Just looking for pics of what it would look like, so doesn't have be someone's personal vehicle.

I put a set of Lightning rims on my 2001 2wd expedtion and now the driver's front rim is rubbing. Has anyone had this problem? What did you do to fix it?

Thanks, Danny

What is rubbing? The wheel? or the tire? What is it rubbing? The brake caliper? The bumper cover? Could be rubbing on the sway bar? I imagine it's only when you turn unless it's the caliper? What size are the wheels and what's the backspacing? I'm not familiar with the specs on the Lightning wheels.

The outer lip of the rim is rubbing a bolt on the lower A arm that secures the brake line. I have a nice groove in the rim. The rubbing knocked a wheel weight off. I heard it hit the vehicle. I took both front tires off to balance them again. That is when I noticed the groove in the rim. Only the driver's side. I may grind the head of the bolt down. I thought I saw some type of turn stop on ebay for expeditions for use when you go to bigger wheels.

Lightning Wheel Steering Stops

I found these on ebay as well as this site:

I hope this will do the job.
