Steering Weight

Any one know of a way to lighten the steering effort up on a 04 Expedition. Ours has always been on the heavy side, dealer claims (as usual) that all is normal. Normal or not, my wife's having troubles with how much effort is required. Any idea if a toe adjustment might make this a little better? Or any other adjustments?

Thanks

Strange...most people seem to complain about the "light" steering feel of the pre-07 expeditions. I really like how the 07 has speed-sensitive steering. Easy to turn at low speeds, and tightens up on the highway.

I thought the older Expy's had speed sensitive steering also? My 2004 EB sure feels that way (parking lots vs. highway).

Gym membership? Just kidding. There really isn't a way to change it without changing check valves.

I would say my 07 is too easy on the Hwy. Maybe it's the Conti tires. Seems I am always making minor adjustments, way more than other cars I have driven.
