Thumbs down Hood doesn't fit like it should..

Story:

I wrecked my Expedition here in Dallas..

Now instead of putting the EB front end on I wanted to go with a Lightning/Harley theme.. Can you blame me?

Problem is this.. The spacing between Hood and Grill are about a middle finger width.. Doesn't look right

Also the housing that holds the headlights and forms the mold for the Grill didn't quite fit the body, had to do some giggling. (I orded it from SouthWest OEM Ford here in TX) so it should been ok right? Unless its the body of the car that is the problem..

I just want to be able to close the gap basically.. Right now I am open to any suggestions as well..

Thanks Zack

Did you try lowering the hood stops? They have a rubber top and screw up, or down in order to adjust the hood height.

Ya man I lowered them some, I guess I will just lower them all the way down and see what happens.

Any other suggestions?

Its probably the body. The drivers side looks like it sits a tad lower than the passengers. That wasn't considered a total loss?
