anti-roll kit on '03-up?
anti-roll kit on '03-up?
My plan is to keep the Expy basicly stock. It's tough though.
I'm wondering if anyone here has or is thinking of using an anti-roll kit on their '03-up Expy.
I find that this '06 generally has good power but is a little mushy in the suspension. I figure an anti-roll kit, or maybe a lowering kit (if I can find one) might do the trick.
What do you think?

Belltech and Eibach both make lowering kits for the 03-06 Expy's. Both are advertised as 2 inch lowering kits, but I believe they are closer to 1 3/4 inches. Both kits are just replacement springs for the four coilover shocks. I know the Eibach springs are a little stiffer than the stock springs.
Bilstein has struts for the 2003 and up Expedition part numbers are below
BE5-D158-H0 4WD non air leveling only
BE5-A761-H0 2WD Non-Air Leveling only
BE5-D159-H0 2WD without Air Leveling and 4WD without Air Leveling
Also Eibach has sway bars for the Expedition part number below
3597.320
Hope this helps

I've been looking around on the web to find some assurance that there isn't going to be any problems. I don't see to much info. I think lowering would make this thik easier and more fin to drive. I'll keep looking.
I did find an Expedition site that looks similar to this one: www.expeditionforum.com
Thanks!
