1997 Expy - Look for some Mods

I just got a 1997 Expedition XLT. Black with Grey Leather; 74,000 miles.
I want to swap out the gauge cluster and put running boards on it.
Are there any suggestions on those or any other worthwile mods (performance or cosmetic)??
Thanks.

Navigator running boards will fit it. The cluster I think is very limited in choices however

Matt- Is that just a body lift? If so, what did you have to do to the steering to make it work. I know you have to extend the brake lines and gas tank hose, but what else?

3 inch bl, it includes a steering extension, this is an old pic, i have since raised the rear bumper and put on gap gaurds.. makes a world of difference. I havent had to do anything to the gas/brake lines. there is enough slack already. MS
