Gas mileage on '02 Expedition
Hi,
Just bought an '02 Expedition EB 4x4 5.4L with 3.73 gears and 73k miles. I know that my economy isn't going to be that of an econobox, but my trip computer was giving me a 9mpg and since I put in a K&N Air filter I get 11.8mpg on both hwy and around town. I recently read an article that says to disconnect the battery to reset the computer which will give an accurate reading with the new filter. My goal is to get the 13-16 that everyone else seems to get, should I install an FIPK kit?
