I have already been throught the door ajar light saga. Now it's back but nothing seems to fix it. I have isolated the problem down to the rear hatch glass. Has anyone had problems with this one.

I have tried the wd-40 trick, but it doesn't seem to help. I think the latch is going bad. You can slam it shut, but the light will remain on. If you push and hold the window the light goes out.

Is there a way to deactivate the sensor in that latch? I am sick of pulling the fuse out everytime.

 

You'll have to remove the cover over the latch/switch and either replace or adjust the switch or just unplug the connector.
