Leak when in rains from the navigation console

I have a 98 expy eb. When it rains, I get drops of water that come from under the navigation system in the center on the ceiling. My wife had a mountaineer that did the same thing. Thought that her problem might be a leaking windshield. Had hers done and it stopped for a little bit but started back again. Anyone have any clue??? Thanks!

Have you checked your 3rd brake light? sometimes the gasket isn't on well, of worn away which lets water inside the headliner. My mountaineer is having this same issue.

Do you have a sunroof? If so the drain lines are most likely clogged.

BTW I assume you are talking about the compass not the navigations system?
