Look on the inside of the frame rail under the drivers door.

It's under a plastic cover.

 

i haven't gone out to look yet since it's raining but when i was fishing around under there earlier today i saw this lime green rubber bump stop type thing in that area but it wasn't close enough to anything to stop it. what the heck is that?

 

Left rear of the vehicle, just in front of the driver's side rear tire, there'll be a plastic cover it's under. Pull outwards on it and it'll unsnap. Push the lines inwards towards the filter, squeeze the white retaining clips and pull apart. No quick disconnect tools required.
