How do you shift into Neutral with a dead battery?
My wide left something plugged into the power port on her 2003 Expedition and the battery was completely drained. The truck was in the garage and it was extremely difficult to get to the battery and jump start it with my 2002 F150 as the garage is only 18 feet wide. I tried to shift her truck into "N" to puch it back, but nothing I could do would let it go into "N". I called my servioce advisor and he claimed that I should be able to get it to shift from on of the key positions, but I was unsuccessful. We managed to squeeze into the area in front and get the cqard started, but I would like to know if there is a way to do this?

how to get 2008 F 150 into with dead battery non center consul
there is a hole which is a circle underneath your steering column. Take a flat head screwdriver and stick it in the hole and wiggle it while your foot is on a break and the mission is turned on and pull the lever your column that is down two words neutral. You may have to wiggle the column and the screwdriver for a minute until it clicks and you will be able to slip into neutral. I just did this with a completely dead battery.
